Mandy is a senior lecturer in the Centre for Higher Education Research, Teaching and Learning (老虎机游戏_pt老虎机-平台*官网) at Rhodes 老虎机游戏_pt老虎机-平台*官网. She has worked in the field of higher education as an academic developer for more than a decade. She sees her contribution to the field of higher education studies emerging primarily from two areas. The second contribution is linked to her role as Rhodes 老虎机游戏_pt老虎机-平台*官网’s co-ordinator of two Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) funded programmes: New Generation of Academics Programme (nGAP) as well as the Nurturing Emerging Scholars Programme (NESP). Both interests are underpinned by her commitment to the transformation agenda of higher education
